Shipping Policy

CPT (Carriage Paid To)

In the form of CPT delivery, the seller undertakes he responsibility of paying the freight up to the pre-agreed destination. From the moments the seller transfer the goods to the custody of the first carrier, all risks and costs related to the goods, excluding freight, pass to the buyer. The costs such as customs clearance that arise in your country belong to the buyer. Main carrier expense belongs to seller. You can check the laws of the recipient country and consult a knowledgeable person to get information about the charges that may arise in your country such as customs clearance, etc.

In the case of possible delay in delivery, you will be informed. You can follow your product with the tracking number which is given to you by the cargoes we have contracted with.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. 30 days from receiving the product to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Also, you need to have receipt that you purchase.

If your refund is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions that how and where you send your package. Items returned without a refund request will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems

The product is insured by us. Please inspect the product when you receive it, and if the product is defective, damaged or faulty, keep a report and contact us immediately.In order to benefit from this process, you must keep a record.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for products that have been used, damaged boxes or have no invoices. 

Please contact us if you have questions or worries about your product.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns for extra discount (with discount coupon or pre-order discounted).

After the payment, we do not accept the refund request without receiving the product.

Refunds

After receiving and examining your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund is approved or not.

If you are approved, you can automatically get a refund based on the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and send the refund as well.
